Referral Program

Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

1. The Referrer (i.e. you) and the Referee (i.e. your friend) cannot be the same person.
2. The Referrer can only submit one referral per day.
3. The Referee must not have an existing ChartExpo subscription, and has not previously signed up for a ChartExpo subscription.
4. For each successful referral the Referrer is rewarded an additional month (30 days) of the ChartExpo subscription (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
5. A referral is considered successful if the Referee has signed up and paid for a ChartExpo subscription for one month (30 days).
6. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can accrue.
7. ChartExpo reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend and/or terminate the Referral Program incentives or terms at any time at ChartExpo’s sole discretion.
8. ChartExpo can terminate a person’s ability to participate at any time for any reason and without notice.
9. ChartExpo reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
10. ChartExpo reserves the right to, at all times, amend these Referral Terms by publishing an amended version on the ChartExpo website.
11. No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from ChartExpo’s Referral Program.
